Fyffes Fit Squad

The Fyffes Fit Squad visited our school and put Ms Sheehan's and Ms Walsh's classes through their paces with a fitness session. We did different exercises to work-out our upper and lower bodies. We had lots of fun and learned about stretching our muscles and how to nourish our bodies. Thanks to Eamonn and Tom.
